Dream Weaver, The DNC Dark Night:

Dream Weaver, The DNC Dark Night:

Thursday, August 28,2008

By: Ted Hayes, 08/08

35th Congressional Dist Candidate

In three a part article, I will demonstrate how the Hon. Barack Hussein Obama falsifies his “Son of Black Slave” credentials to be President of the United States as he presents his DNC nomination speech on the 45th anniversary of Dr. Kings’ “I Have A Dream” Speech of August 28,1963 at the great and unprecedented historical Civil Rights March On Washington DC.

Knowing Americans, especially Democrats will be enthralled with the significance of the history of the night and moment will be open to any hype that portends the manifestations of the long awaited for the first African American, “son of West African Americanized chattel slaves” of which he is not – Black US President

“I have a Dream, deeply rooted in the American Dream”

The Late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

 Part I [931 words]

The X Prophesy Bamboozling the Dreams

In 1963, one year before his assassination, the late Malcolm X, El Malik Shabazz, noticed that traditionally Republican-Conservative Negro Civil Rights leaders, including the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., were strangely fawning after the old enemy of American Black U.S. citizens, the socialist Democratic Party of the early 1960s.

Alarmed, the controversial social prophet cried out, “Black people, you have had the wool pulled over your eyes. You have been hoodwinked. You have been bamboozled.”

The Democratic Party is the enemy of Black U.S. citizens because it is responsible for …

· holding our West African ancestors as chattel (sub-human) slaves for hundreds of years until radical, patriotic White Republicans freed them in 1865;

· stealing the fragile freedom of our ancestors and their children by legislated racism, i.e. the Black Codes – “Jim Crow”, until the 1964 Civil Rights Act put an end to them;

· enforcing such laws via it’s terrorist arm known as the Ku Klux Klan (KKK);

· pulling a “bait-n-switch” of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by tricking unsuspecting Negroes back into the grasps of their former slave masters by embracing socialist ideals of welfare dependency;

· legislating immigration laws which has led to the present massive invasion of Black neighborhoods and the grand theft of Blacks’ Civil, Birth and Identity Right Legacies by illegal immigrants.

Yet, after 48 consecutive devastating years of voting Democrat in Presidential elections, Blacks still see no need for liberation from, but rather are willing to remain under the political yoke of the slave masters.

Dream Weaving Qualifications To Be President

On a dark Thursday night, August 28, 2008, the forty-fifth anniversary of the “Dream” speech, the Democratic nominee the Hon. Senator Barack Hussein Obama will hype the guise of his skin color as the potential first Black-African American President in US history, which of course, is a farce!

Enter The Dream Weaver

On the emotionally charged anniversary of the “Dream” speech, the Democrat will attempt to dream weave and hope himself into the hearts and souls of American citizens, especially those of us who are Black.

Obama will strive hard to convince the “sons of the slaves” to choose him as the prophetic fulfillment of the “…dream deeply rooted in the American Dream” as he has already presumptuously proclaimed, “I am the beneficiary of the Civil Rights struggles.

The citizens of America will watch as candidate Obama dream weave and hope to a huge crowd of unsuspecting adoring fans at the Mile High Stadium in DenverColorado during his nomination acceptance speech at the Democratic Convention.

This great flow of attention is not because Mr. Obama is qualified to be the President, but rather an affirmative action entitlement due to his color reminiscent of the American Black West African slaves and their children.

Educated people well know that were it not for Obama’s genetic tan, he would not have ascended to his dizzying heights of world acclaim that he now has.

The US Congressional Promissory Note

Promising the emancipated slaves and their children equal citizenship with Whites, the Congressional Note contains a series of government documents including the Emancipation Proclamation, 13th, special emphasis on the 14th, followed by the15th Amendment to the US Constitution emanating from the 1866 Civil Rights Acts.

Obama presumes worthiness to be President of the United States as the “cashing” of the Congressional Promissory Note “check”.

It is ironic that the suppressing of the Promissory Note was conducted by racist Jim Crow, anti-Black policies legislated by the Democrat Party that this African American “son of the slaves” now leads.

The Bad Check

Dr. King says of the promised check: “Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.” But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation”.

Dr. King continues: “So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now.”

This upcoming “dark night” of August 28, 2008, Obama will spew out charged mantras twisted out of the August 1963 Dream to coronate himself the “Black” President King by stealing benefits belonging to a whole people for himself.

The Imposter Son of the Slaves Steals the “Dream

Dream Weaving Obama is not a son of emancipated West African Americanized chattel slaves of the Judeo-Christian Legacy, but rather the union of a Marxist-leftist leaning White American woman, and a descendant of his father’s East African Islamic heritage!

Yet, on the 45th anniversary of the “Dream” speech, the Democratic nominee will try to weave out of the “…dream deeply rooted in the American Dream” another “hopeful” one outside that of the Founding Fathers.

Thanks to GOD, a growing number of Americans are becoming increasingly suspicious of the fake-forged credentials that he claims entitles him to the heritage the Civil Rights Legacies belonging to the emancipated “sons of the Black slaves of America”

We all know, that the imposter Obama is not of the folks that America has known since before its 1776 inception until now. However, we are learning to know him as a foreign interloper, whose intentions are anti-American!

To be anti-Promissory Note and anti-Black is anti-America. The Note is the fulfillment of the Founding Fathers’ American Dream.  We must not allow the Democratic Party to destroy us.

From housing, gainful employment, heathcare and even our Civil Rights Legacies, American Black US citizens in Los Angeles are being quietly and systematically ethno-racially cleansed out of Los Angeles by a massive illegal migration into the city by Hispanic/Latino citizens from primarily Mexico, and Central America.

LAPD chief vows to clarify policy on immigrants
Bratton defends order outlining when to question suspects.
By Richard Winton
Los Angeles Times Staff Writer

April 17, 2008

Los Angeles Police Chief William J. Bratton said Wednesday that the department’s
controversial policy on dealing with illegal immigrants was widely misunderstood
by the public and some of his own officers, and he would clarify the rule in the
next couple of weeks.

Bratton strongly defended the basic intent of the policy — known as Special
Order 40 — which prohibits officers from initiating contact with individuals
for the sole purpose of determining whether they are illegal immigrants.

The 29-year-old policy was designed to encourage illegal immigrants to cooperate
with police without fear of being deported. It has come under renewed debate in
recent weeks after the high-profile killing of a teenager, allegedly by an
illegal immigrant gang member.

The scrutiny has spilled over into the City Council, where one member has
proposed making it easier for police to inquire about known gang members’
immigration status.

Bratton said the recent criticism is based on a faulty understanding of the
rule.

“There is a misrepresentation, misinterpretation, misunderstanding on the part
of all the concerned parties here — whether it is immigrant advocates,
immigrant haters, the talk shows, drive-time radio talk-show hosts,” Bratton
said. “When it comes to our situation in L.A ., . . . the vast majority of them
don’t know what . . . they are talking about.”

Bratton acknowledged some of his own officers were also confused about the
policy. For example, he said, he has heard accounts of officers who believe they
are prohibited from calling federal immigration officials to report known gang
members who have committed crimes and reentered the country illegally.

Officers privately say they often avoid the issue of a suspect’s immigration
status altogether — largely out of fear it will anger superiors who see it as a
lightning-rod issue.

“I don’t understand that mind-set,” Bratton said of such officers. “That is a
cop-out.”

Instituted in 1979 by then-Chief Daryl F. Gates, Special Order 40 states that
“officers shall not initiate police action with the objective of discovering the
alien status of a person.” It is now incorporated into the LAPD manual.

Last week, the parents of Jamiel Shaw Jr. — the 17-year-old Los Angeles High
School football star allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant gang member —
urged the City Council to adopt Jamiel’s Law, amending Special Order 40 to allow
LAPD officers to routinely check the immigration status of known gang members
who are suspected of committing a crime.

Councilman Dennis Zine — citing Shaw’s slaying — introduced a motion last week
calling for Bratton and the department’s civilian oversight commission to
require officers to check on the immigration status of gang members who are
suspected of being in the country illegally — even if the suspects are not
under arrest.

Bratton lashed out at Zine, saying the proposal amounts to “racial profiling.”
He said that Zine is a reserve officer and “should be very up to speed on this
and apparently is not.” When police get retrained on the policy, Bratton said,
“the first person we will put in the class will be Councilman Dennis Zine.”

Zine rejected the chief’s suggestion that the proposal would unfairly profile
minorities, saying officers would check someone’s immigration status only after
confirming they were an active gang member. “With all due respect to the chief,
I’ve been around this department a lot longer than he has — before Special
Order 40 and after it. And I can tell you that there is a lot of confusion about
what can be done and what cannot,” Zine said. “I am concerned that there is all
this resistance from the chief of police about what we’re trying to do here.”

Bratton said Shaw’s death, while tragic, was not the result of Special Order 40.
The alleged killer had been arrested previously in Culver City and released from
the L.A. County Jail, which is run by the Sheriff’s Department.

Without offering specifics, Bratton indicated that his upcoming clarification of
the order would specifically address what officers should do when they encounter
someone who they know has been arrested, convicted and subsequently deported.

In such cases, he said, officers need to determine whether the person has an
outstanding federal arrest warrant for illegal reentry into the country, and, if
not, whether federal immigration officials are willing to pursue one.

In several of the department’s divisions, most notably in the San Fernando
Valley Bureau, anti-gang officers are already working with federal agents,
Bratton said.

The clarification of the policy, Bratton said, is part of an overall anti-gang
effort by the department. But, he said, his officers would never become the
Border Patrol.

“If you are an illegal immigrant out there and basically you are obeying the law
and you are not preying on others, you don’t have anything to fear from the Los
Angeles police in terms of us approaching you solely on the belief you are here
illegally,” Bratton said.

Bratton acknowledged that his position was likely to infuriate both sides of the
immigration debate, but he said he was confident he was acting in the best
interest of the community.

“It is a tempest in a teapot,” he said of the controversy over the policy. “It
is so hopelessly, totally misunderstood by just about everyone.”

He said he welcomed the opportunity to clarify the issue.

“It is an opportunity to explain what it is and what it is not,” Bratton said.
“To calm everyone down. The sky is not falling.”

Zero Hour for Ted-Republican Leadership Refuses to help!

Republican Leadership Refuses to Help Ted Hayes Again!

As a man who walked the streets of Los Angeles, Ted Hayes saw the streets, not lined with gold, but human beings living on the sidewalks and under overpasses. Rag tag blankets and tattered cardboard boxes were formed to make shelter from the elements–shelters that did not protect from the cold or rain–shelters that did not prevent men and women from dying alone in plain sight of the Los Angeles Skyline.

Ted had a vision, a vision of a community made up of those men, women and children; a community which provided real shelter and the means to regain dignity and hope.

Against all odds, that vision became Dome Village and for 13 years it proved to be a viable resource for the homeless in Los Angeles.

One day Ted was asked to speak to a group of women about not only his decades of work with the homeless but why he was a Registered Republican—a black Republican. That group was the Brentwood Republican Women. Following his address, the Los Angeles Times printed an in-depth story about Ted, the meeting and the fact that he was a Republican.

The landlord of the property where Dome Village was located saw the story and promptly raised the rent from $2,500 per month to $18,000 per month. This marked the end of Dome Village and marked the beginning of a series of negative consequences to befall Mr. Hayes.

With the loss of the property, Dome Village lost over $400,000 in approved funding from the Los Angeles Homeless Service Authority. The funding that had already been budgeted and approved was lost. With the loss of Dome Village, his home, Ted also lost employment as Director.

The property that was Dome Village is fenced off, overgrown with weeds.  The homeless are back on the street, many of them camping near the spot that was once a place of safety, security and hope, a bright light in a dark night that has now been extinguished.

When the Landlord told Ted to seek help from his Republican Friends, Ted did, but none of those Republicans responded.

Not to be discouraged, Ted continued to speak about why he was a Republican and his support for the Republican Party.

Ted Hayes believed he could move his National Homeless Program forward by becoming a member of the United States House of Representative.  He filed to run for Congress as a Republican in the 35th District against Maxine Waters.

In years past, the Republican Party Leadership in the County and State as well as the Republican National Committee had paid the filing fees for Republican Candidates in races where only one Republican candidate is running to avoid the embarrassment of not even fielding a candidate against a Democrat incumbent.

Because Ted Hayes is the only Republican who pulled papers to run in District 35, a request was made for his $1,600.00 filing fee to be paid by the Republican Party.

After submitting requests for help at the County level, State level and National level, Mr. Hayes contacted Los Angeles County Republican Party Chairman Linda Boyd and asked for help.

“We support you Ted, but there will be no help with the filing fee” was the response.

Adding insult to injury does not even come close to describing the feelings held by many of Ted’s supporters.

As is his nature, Ted accepted the refusal for help and is moving forward.

On Friday March 7th the filing period will close. If Ted Hayes is to be on the ballot, if he is going to be able to provide the first real challenge to Maxine Waters in too many years, it will have to be with the help of those who believe in him enough to help financially.

So the question is what will you do to help Ted continue to tell the truth, confront those who bring down America and try to change the plight of too many homeless people?

Draft Ted Hayes for Congress

Draft Ted Hayes For Congress

Midway through the 20th Century, almost 100 years after President Lincoln wrote and delivered the Emancipation Proclamation, white Americans were awakened to a painful truth; Millions of American men and women, descendents of freed slaves, were being treated like second and third class citizens.

In some parts of this nation, they were treated worse then stray dogs.   Forced to sit in the back of busses, prevented from eating and drinking in “whites only” restaurants and bars, waiting in line to drink from water fountains designated for “colored” only, black Americans suffered the shame and humiliation associated with bigotry and racism.   Given a series of events both political and social, Americans finally awoke to this reality and the Civil Rights Movement began.

With leaders like Martin Luther King and courageous political and civil activists, laws were acquired at the local, state and national level that prevented abuses so common in the black community.  These laws permitted individuals born in the United States of America–some 4th, 5th and 6th generation Americans-to finally enjoy the basic rights so many citizens took for granted. The Civil Rights Movement was their battle. It was a battle fought in the streets, in the schoolhouses, and in the courts for over a decade.

It was founded on a dream that all men would someday be judged not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. Because of the sacrifices made by these courageous folks who were willing to put their lives on the line, civil rights exist today for all American citizens no matter what their race, religion, nationality or creed.

But there are a growing number of people in our country who are claiming that their civil rights are being violated. These men and women are Persons Here Illegally.  They have stolen across the border and claimed this country as their home.  Moreover, they are demanding the rights available to all American citizens with the help of organizations like the ACLU.

According to the ACLU,  The Immigrants’ Rights Project of the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation was established in 1987 to expand and enforce the civil rights and civil liberties of non-citizens and to combat public and private discrimination against immigrants.

Rights that took American Blacks decades to acquire are being handed to persons here illegally because they have successfully evaded authority and circumvented the legal process.

This is a civil rights issue, but the question is “Who’s civil rights are we most obligated to protect?”

What needs to be done.

There cannot be any discussion of immigration reform that does not include the impact illegal immigration has on the African American community. Those most impacted by the flood of persons here illegally will not be left to fend for themselves.

The price of freedom was too great; the sacrifices made for civil rights were too painful. The economic challenges faced by those from other countries deserve our compassion and our concern, but they do not equal the price paid in the journey from the auction block to the voting booth, from the plantation to the state assembly, from the back of the bus to the freedom to live, work and worship with every other American citizen. No, the road to citizenship was too painful and too costly to devalue by keeping it out of so-called “compressive reform.”

Before we can engage in any discussion of rights for migrant workers and those claiming entitlement to civil liberties, we must remember the sacrifices that were made by Americans in the name of liberty.  We cannot keep American blacks out of the discussion.

When jobs, services, and money for education are diverted away from black communities and given to persons here illegally, we are stealing from the poor to give to the poor.

Some say we are igniting a race war–well let me tell you–the war is here and it has been here for a very long time.

Politicians no longer get to blame activists for that which they have too long ignored.

Elected representatives and candidates: If you do not stand up for the black community now and include them in your talks of immigration reform, then you are not qualified to represent any American in the future.

Given the refusal of Elected Black Representatives to speak up on behalf of Black Americans in regards to illegal immigration, we see no option but to replace them with an American Black or White, who will have the courage of their convictions and the willingness to challenge the status quo.

Someone who has demonstrated by his actions and in the face of insurmountable challenges, proven he can achieve the impossible dream.

It is for this reason, we, Americans of every race, creed, religion and political affiliation have come together to form the, “Draft Ted Hayes for Congress Committee”.

Who else has demonstrated that he can and will be a voice for the Black American as it fights for its very salvation against the illegal immigration policies which are consuming and decimating the black community?

Who else has shown the courage of his conviction and mobilized Americans to march and bring the plight of Black Americans to National attention?

Who else has stood up to the current Representative and taken the challenge directly to her front door in Washington?

Who else has put himself in harm way by speaking out against illegal immigration and the impact on Black Americans?

There is only one man who can accomplish the task at hand and that man is Ted Hayes!

Join us as we work to Draft Ted Hayes for Congress, District 35.
